There are several thematic PhD programmes at the Medical University of Vienna that cover topics in the field of Neuroscience.
The main difference between the various PhD programmes is whether they represent an "open" PhD program in which PhD students are recruited via application to an individual research laboratory or whether PhD students apply for a "Self Contained" PhD program at special calls.
